1. Information we process

We process information needed to provide the service, including:

• workspace account details and administrator contact information;
• connected Facebook, Instagram, and other supported channel identifiers and access credentials;
• messages, comments, media, and profile information received through connected channels;
• brand profiles, automation settings, AI agent instructions, knowledge, and content created in the workspace; and
• technical, security, and audit information required to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use information

We use this information to connect and manage the channels you authorize, receive and organize customer conversations, run the automations you configure, create and publish approved content, provide support, maintain security, and comply with applicable law.

CraaxConnect acts on behalf of the workspace that connects a social account. Workspace administrators control their configured automations and the content they publish.

3. AI-assisted features

When a workspace enables AI features, relevant workspace configuration, approved knowledge, and bounded conversation or content context may be sent to an AI provider to generate suggestions or responses. AI output is subject to the workspace's controls and may be reviewed or disabled by the workspace administrator.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with Meta and other connected platforms to perform actions you request, and with infrastructure and AI providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the service. Connected-channel credentials are encrypted at rest and access is restricted by workspace roles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We retain workspace information while the workspace remains active and afterwards only as needed for legitimate operational, legal, security, and audit purposes. Temporary automation and generated-content data may expire according to the applicable workflow settings.

7. Your choices and data requests

Workspace administrators can disconnect social accounts and manage data within the portal. To request access, correction, deletion, or help with data associated with CraaxConnect, email us at incraaxaiautomation@gmail.com. We may need to verify the requester's identity and authority before completing a request.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will always be available on this page.
